1. About these terms
These terms cover your use of this website only. They are not the terms of the Fixbooks software itself — those will be provided when you sign up for an account at launch.
The legal entity behind Fixbooks is TBC and will be named here before launch.
2. The waitlist
Joining the waitlist registers your interest. It is not a contract, it does not reserve a place, and it does not guarantee pricing or a launch date.
We may invite waitlist members in waves rather than all at once.
3. Pricing and features shown on this site
Pricing is shown as TBC because it has not been finalised. Plan names, tiers and the features listed against them are indicative and may change before launch.
Example quotes, callout fees and rates shown in screenshots and illustrations are for demonstration only and are not our prices or any trade's prices.
Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance.
4. We are software, not a trade
Fixbooks provides software to trades. We do not carry out any work ourselves, we do not employ the technicians who use it, and we are not party to the contract between a trade and their customer.
Checking that a trade holds the right qualifications, registrations and insurance for the work remains a matter between that trade and their customer.
5. Acceptable use
Please do not attempt to disrupt this website, access it other than through the interface we provide, or use it to send unlawful or abusive content.
6. Intellectual property
The Fixbooks name, branding, copy and design on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may not reuse them without permission.
7. Liability
This website is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of it, or from reliance on pre-launch information that later changes.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
